Although the course focuses primarily on ChatGPT, the techniques you’ll learn can also be applied to other modern AI models.
ChatGPT and other AI assistants are changing the way we work, communicate, and process information. During this hands-on one-day course, you’ll learn how to use ChatGPT effectively to work faster, smarter, and more creatively.
You’ll be introduced to the basics of artificial intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs), so you’ll understand how ChatGPT generates responses and why the quality of the output depends on how you formulate a prompt.
The course focuses on practical prompting. You’ll learn how to write clear instructions, add context, use roles, and specify the desired output format. You’ll also be introduced to various prompting frameworks that help you consistently achieve better results.
Throughout the day, you’ll work on hands-on exercises where you’ll learn to refine prompts, build complex prompts, and effectively use ChatGPT for your daily work. The latest features will also be covered, such as Projects, Custom Instructions, Skills, AI Agents, and image generation with ChatGPT.
By the end of the course, you’ll have practical skills that you can immediately apply in your own work. Although the course focuses on ChatGPT, most prompting techniques are also applicable to other modern AI models.
Prompting involves giving instructions to an AI model to achieve a desired result. The better the prompt, the higher the quality of the response. During this course, you’ll not only learn what ChatGPT can do, but—more importantly—how to use it to its full potential.
