Online Support QGIS is een 1-op-1 sessie met een QGIS-specialist van Geo-ICT. In een dagdeel van 3 uur werk je samen aan jouw eigen vragen, projecten of problemen in QGIS. Denk aan hulp bij analyses, data-structuur, styling, geo-databases, automatisering of het optimaliseren van je workflow.

Deze ondersteuning is bedoeld voor iedereen die al enige ervaring heeft met QGIS en die in de praktijk vastloopt. Of je nu vragen hebt over data-invoer, GIS-analyses, geo-databases of kaart-configuraties: de support biedt maatwerk, afgestemd op jouw situatie. Indien je helemaal niet bekend met QGIS raden wij de QGIS basis cursus aan.

De inhoud is maatwerk en sluit aan op jouw hulpvraag. Veelvoorkomende thema’s zijn bijvoorbeeld:

  • Importeren, opschonen en structureren van data in QGIS
  • Werken met lagen, projectinstellingen en coördinatensystemen
  • Kaart­opmaak, styling en lay-out voor rapportages
  • Analyses (buffers, overlays, selecties, ruimtelijke joins, etc.)
  • Koppelingen met databronnen (bijv. PostGIS, WFS, WMS)
  • Basis automatisering met expressies of (optioneel) Python

Je plant samen een moment in voor een online sessie van 3 uur. Via schermdeling kijkt de specialist met je mee in jouw QGIS-omgeving en data. Je werkt stap voor stap door je vragen heen, krijgt direct uitleg Ă©n praktische tips die je meteen kunt toepassen in je eigen projecten.

In principe kun je met de meest recente QGIS-versie altijd terecht. Dus het is handig om even te updaten voor je sessie start.

Bij voorkeur heb je al basiskennis van QGIS, bijvoorbeeld via een (basis)cursus of eigen ervaring. Voor absolute beginners is het misschien beter eerst een QGIS basiscursus te volgen.

Een dagdeel Online Support QGIS (3 uur 1-op-1 met een specialist) kost € 495. Bestaande klanten van Geo-ICT krijgen 20% korting en betalen € 400 per dagdeel. Een dagdeel (3 uur) is de minimale afname. Voor een hele dag QGIS support neem dan contact met ons op voor een voorstel.

Ja, dat is zelfs de bedoeling. Je kunt je eigen datasets, projecten of concrete cases inbrengen. De specialist helpt je dan direct binnen jouw eigen werksituatie, zodat de support maximaal relevant en praktisch toepasbaar is.

Ja, dat kan. Je kunt meerdere dagdelen combineren tot bijvoorbeeld een hele dag (2 dagdelen) of een traject van meerdere sessies. Voor 2 dagdelen of meer wordt op basis van jouw hulpvraag een voorstel op maat gemaakt. Neem hiervoor even contact op, dan stemmen we samen de inhoud en planning af.
