Online Support ArcGIS is een 1-op-1 sessie van 3 uur met een ervaren ArcGIS-specialist van Geo-ICT. Tijdens deze sessie kun je terecht met jouw concrete vragen, problemen of uitdagingen in ArcGIS — variërend van data-beheer en analyse tot kaartvisualisatie of workflow-optimalisatie.
De support is bedoeld voor gebruikers (bijv. gemeenten, waterschappen, adviesbureaus of individuele GIS-professionals) die al enige basiskennis hebben van ArcGIS, maar in de praktijk tegen knelpunten of vragen aanlopen. Denk aan bijvoorbeeld complexe datastructuren, analyses, visualisaties of migraties. Voor mensen die nieuwe zijn met ArcGIS raden wij de ArcGIS basiscursus aan!
De inhoud is maatwerk en wordt afgestemd op jouw hulpvraag. Mogelijke onderwerpen zijn: importeren & beheren van geodata, opzetten van projectstructuren, ruimtelijke analyses, styling/visualisatie van kaarten, data-validatie, migratie van oude ArcGIS-versies (zoals ArcMap) naar nieuwere versies (zoals ArcGIS Pro), of andere uitdagingen binnen jouw GIS-project.
Je plant samen met Geo-ICT een moment in voor een online sessie van 3 uur. Via schermdeling werkt de specialist met jou, direct in je eigen ArcGIS-omgeving en met jouw data. Je kunt vragen stellen, problemen voorleggen en krijgt stap-voor-stap begeleiding of oplossingen die meteen toepasbaar zijn.
Ja — Online Support is vooral geschikt voor gebruikers die al enige basiskennis of ervaring hebben met ArcGIS. Heb je weinig tot geen ervaring, dan is een basiscursus ArcGIS eerst aanbevolen.

Een dagdeel (3 uur, 1-op-1 support) kost € 495. Bestaande klanten van Geo-ICT ontvangen 20% korting, waardoor de prijs € 400 is. Een dagdeel is de minimale afname.
Ja — je kunt meerdere dagdelen combineren (bijv. een hele dag of een traject over meerdere sessies). Voor 2 of meer dagdelen wordt een voorstel op maat gemaakt, afhankelijk van jouw hulpvraag. Je kunt hiervoor contact met ons opnemen.
