Construction and Infrastructure Basics

ZD - Construction and Infrastructure

Construction and infrastructure form the physical foundation of our living environment. Roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, cables, and pipelines must be designed, built, managed, and maintained based on reliable spatial information. Geo-ICT plays a key role in this process, from collecting and managing data to analyzing, modeling, and visualizing both current and future conditions. In this Blended Learning course, you will learn how geoinformation is applied across the various phases of construction and infrastructure projects. This will provide you with a broad foundation for further specialization within the field of Construction and Infrastructure.
